Many of our Certified Personal Trainers offer Fitness Boot Camps for a great way to get fit.  Although there are many types, Fitness Boot Camps generally run from 4-6 weeks in length with workouts early mornings or after-work hours Monday thru Friday.  They are usually co-ed, but may also be for women or men only.  Locations and types of exercise vary regularly to help keep it fun and interesting.

Our Certifed Yoga Instructors or Teachers will instruct you not only in practicing the proper poses, yoga classes may also include instruction on breathing, call and response chanting, meditation, and inspirational readings by the instructor. The variety and amount of this will depend on the individual instructors and the tradition in which they have trained. Some people find that the physical practice of yoga becomes a gateway into a spiritual exploration while others just enjoy a wonderful low-impact workout that makes them feel great.
