I struggled with my weight in my younger years, at my heaviest I was 275 pounds. I decided that I needed a change, and began to weight train and involved myself in football and basketball. I was able to take the weight off and most importantly, keep it off. I hold certifications for nutriton, bodybuilding and personal training.
