My programs are tailored to clients’ individual needs, goals, and fitness levels. I also specialize in training couples, women who are pregnant, and individuals with chronic high blood pressure, diabetes, or obesity.     The Body Elite Boot Camp combines the concept of group personal training with the challenge and style of a Boot Camp.  It is the only class of its kind where you will enjoy the Boot Camp format and still receive consistent one on one attention from your trainer.

    Boot Camp is meant to teach participants the foundations of a good training program as well as helping you lose body fat and reach your personal fitness goals.  You will learn training strategies, exercises, habits and techniques that you can continue lifelong for optimum health and fitness.  Boot Camp is fast paced and designed for individuals that have previous experience with exercise, and weight training in particular.  Beginners or those who have never weight trained before must complete a month of personal training before registering for a boot camp in order to learn the basics of proper exercise form and technique.

    Participants attend boot camp two to three days per week (based on your preference) for 60 minutes in an interval style workout incorporating resistance and weight training, cardiovascular exercise, stability/balance, power/agility and flexibility training.  Boot Camp is designed for the individual whose goal is to lose body fat while having fun and forming a support group in the process.  Each Boot Camp is tailored to the levels of its participants, and each workout progresses to a more challenging level as you and your classmates improve your strength and endurance. 

    In addition to the comprehensive workouts, you have the option of a full Nutrition Evaluation & Meal Planning Consultation with our Registered Dietitian, as well as nutrition follow up visits, to assist you in developing the best eating habits for your body and to maximize your training results.

    We use the simplest of equipment to get the "state of the art" performance results.
