Hi! My name is Christina and I am an ACSM-certified and experienced personal trainer that can help you reach your fitness goals. I specialize in womenʼs personal training because I know what really works for a womanʼs body. Strength Training, Swiss Ball, Kickboxing, Aqua Training, Yoga and Pilates are just some of the methods used to get the results a woman wants.

In your free fitness assessment consultation, we will outline your exercise preferences, goals, past injuries/illnesses, etc. so I can develop a customized workout program specifically for you. I am constantly increasing my knowledge by researching a variety of the latest training and nutritional methods in order to give my clients the best possible information. It also keeps things fun and interesting by incorporating many different routines and techniques with each session.

Personal Training sessions can be held at your home, office, community gym, local park or beach and I will bring all the necessary equipment to you. My rates are well below what you would pay for personal training in a gym or studio and there are no membership fees or contracts!
