I have spent the majority of my professional career in the business world while always maintaining a passion for sports and fitness in my personal life. I finally decided to meld the two together by purchasing a Fitness Together personal training studio.

I have always been an athlete, playing hockey most of my life including while in college and I continue to play football and golf today. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NESTA and a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. I administer the Golf Fitness Training program at our facility. This program combines the latest science and research from the Titleist Performance Institute with the cutting edge technology of the K-Vest 3D motion system.
