As the founder and creator of High Energy and Agility Training (H.E.A.T.), Cody Butler brings a unique and distinct training approach to the Austin community by incorporating dynamic fitness training while promoting psychological wellness.

Cody is both a teacher and motivator to his clients and has worked with individuals from all levels of fitness. While both NASM and ACE certified, he is currently in his final year of completing his Master's in professional counseling at Texas State University. "When I train, I train hard, and I know the results will be worth it.
